1. Service Use

• Prime Ambulette provides non-emergency medical transportation on a private-pay basis.

• Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

 

2. Payment Terms

• A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve a trip.

• We reserve the right to charge a confirmation fee upon booking and the balance on the day of the trip.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to be punctual and reliable but are not liable for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

 

4. User Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Any misconduct may result in refusal of service.

 

5. Updates

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates agreement with any changes.
